Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the 96pkr platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 96pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 96pkr.cam ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports markets and any other gaming or information services accessible through the site.
96pkr is an independent online betting and gaming information platform. It is not licensed by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or registered under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users based in Pakistan access this Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful under applicable Pakistani legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age requirement stipulated by the operator's license jurisdiction. Users who are under the applicable minimum age are prohibited from accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager. 96pkr implements mandatory KYC procedures to verify age prior to account activation. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to, and participation in, online gambling via the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. The Platform does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited may be restricted at the Platform's discretion. Users who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN services or other technical means do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

To create an Account, Users must provide accurate, complete and current information including a valid email address, a chosen username, and any other information requested during the registration process. Users must not use false identities, aliases, or fraudulent documentation during registration. The submission of materially false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Prior to full account activation, including the ability to make withdrawals and access certain promotional features, Users must complete the Platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:
The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restriction or suspension.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all account holders. The Platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to an account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to manipulate odds, exploit software errors, or coordinate with other Users to gain an unfair advantage is expressly prohibited.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:
All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Users may fund their Account using payment methods made available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as examples of common Pakistani payment methods. Their availability for gambling-related transactions depends on each provider's own policies, which are entirely independent of 96pkr. These providers do not endorse or partner with this Platform for gambling services.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with suspicious activity.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the Platform's internal compliance and anti-fraud review process; and (d) the policies and processing schedules of the nominated payment provider.
The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Processing times vary by payment method, verification status and compliance review requirements. No claims of "instant" or guaranteed processing timelines are made. Users should allow reasonable processing time and contact support if a withdrawal remains unresolved beyond a reasonable period.
All account balances, wager amounts and payout figures are displayed in PKR. Where a transaction involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses, promotions and free spin offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements. Full terms for each individual promotion are published at the time the offer is made available and form part of these Terms. Users must read promotion-specific terms prior to opting in.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds is eligible for processing.
The Platform employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk; use of multiple accounts to claim identical bonuses; and exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds forfeited and may be restricted from future promotions.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a User has already opted into a promotion and satisfied initial qualifying criteria, earned bonus values will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force at the time of opt-in.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in circumstances where: the odds displayed contain a material error; the event has already commenced; or the Platform suspects fraudulent activity or odds manipulation. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User.
Odds are presented in decimal format by default, with fractional and American formats available where configured. Implied probability is the reciprocal of decimal odds (e.g., odds of 2.50 imply a 40% probability). Odds are subject to continuous change in response to market movement and shall be fixed at the time a bet is confirmed. The Platform makes no representation regarding the accuracy of any odds as a prediction of sporting outcomes.
A bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or the event outcome cannot be verified from reliable independent sources. Void bet decisions are at the Platform's reasonable discretion and are final.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules. During live events, odds and market availability change rapidly. Network delays between the User's device and the Platform's servers may result in bet placement at odds that differ marginally from those displayed at the moment of initiation. Users accept this latency risk when placing in-play wagers.
96pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides all registered Users with access to a range of responsible gambling tools, including: deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via account settings and can be activated at any time without requiring support team intervention for initial activation.
Self-exclusion requests, once activated, will be honoured for the duration specified by the User. During an active self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and any marketing communications will be suppressed. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the proprietary intellectual property of 96pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction of Platform content for commercial purposes; modification or derivative works; public display or distribution of Platform materials; or any reverse-engineering of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
Third-party trademarks, brand names and payment provider names referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others) remain the property of their respective owners. Their reference on this Platform does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or partnership with the Platform for gambling services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96pkr and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any error, omission or inaccuracy in odds, results or Platform content; (c) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (d) interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure events; or (e) any decisions you make in reliance on information presented on the Platform.
In all circumstances where liability cannot be entirely excluded, the Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, without prior notice, where the Platform reasonably suspects or determines that the User has: violated any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; provided false identity or registration information; or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or other Users.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat, Help Center or email. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved and any pending withdrawals completed. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification.
Upon account termination, the User's access to the Platform will cease. Any legitimate remaining balance — after deduction of any funds subject to outstanding compliance review — will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied in full.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.
This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction under local law that cannot be excluded by contract. If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Pakistani law independently of these Terms.
96pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notification upon next login or by email to registered Account Holders. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
